SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will ship from our San Jose, CA location via our own trucks.
RETURN POLICY
- Must return merchandise within 15 days of purchase.
- Must be returned in original package and not damaged.
- No returns on Custom Items and special order products.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items.
- Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment.
- There will be a 25% restocking charge for all products returned.
